The L.A. Mayer Memorial Association offers sheltered housing for independent elderly in the heart of Jerusalem.

The L.A. Mayer residence is located in the heart of the cultural mile of Jerusalem, close to the Jerusalem Theatre, the L.A. Mayer Museum of Islamic Art, the Van Lear Institute and the President's Residence, in the prestigious neighborhood of Talbieh.

The residence was planned to insure maximum privacy and independence to its residents, while offering them all the services required for older people.

The residence comprises 45 spacious two room apartments, each complete with a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony looking out on a well-kept garden. Each tenant receives the apartment after renovation. The building also has a Shabbat elevator.
